Factory Direct Flags offers the following Returns Policy:
In the rare instance of a damage claim, it must be made through the carrier. We can help coordinate that process.
If you return an item you must get an RMA from us. If your outbound product was subject to free shipping any refund issued will be reduced by our cost to ship the item originally. You are responsible for the return shipping costs to us. If we sent you the wrong item in error we will coordinate the return of that item and shipment of the correct item at our cost.
